ritterwerk's new markant⁷ is a high-quality starter model for anyone who wants reliable slicing precision, safety, and modern design –even in small spaces. With its foldable design, the appliance measures just 10.5 cm in width when folded and fits into any kitchen.

The appliance is equipped with a serrated circular blade, 17 cm Ø, and has an integrated circular blade cover for even better slicing results. The slice thickness is adjustable from 0 to approx. 15 mm, expanding the range of uses – from wafer-thin slices to thicker slices of bread.

With a carriage way of 20 cm, optimized carriage guide and 2-finger switch-on safety system, it guarantees maximum ease of use and safety. The finger protection, leftover holder, and carriage bottom can be stored directly on the appliance – saving space and tidying up.
