Highest Customer Satisfaction 2026

Customer satisfaction is one of the most important factors for any company. We are delighted to have been awarded the ‘Highest Customer Satisfaction 2026’ honour by the PLUS X AWARD.
The award is based on a consumer study conducted by the German Institute for Product and Market Evaluation (DIPMB). A total of 13,632 valid votes were analysed. Only one brand could be selected per category – and only the respective top-ranked brand was honoured.
